I don’t have a home
I don’t have a job
I’m what you would call some homeless man
But i’m never hungry
I’m never in pain
One way or the other, i always get my way

I have by my side a beautiful girl
She keeps my head straight when i’m not doing well
And all the people around, know who we are
Everybody says “hi” as we walk by

And we walk on the city, the city of all
We dance and we laugh because nothing is wrong
Life has never been so simple and fun
Although i know i can’t do it for too long

Today i feel fine tomorrow maybe it wont last
As time keeps going by my dark age is comming back

When the sun goes down and the city lights up
We start heading back to the old red car
It doesn’t really work it doesn’t even look nice
But it’s more than enough for us to spend our nights
